Because our veggie boxes contain fresh, seasonal produce, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

If you experience any issue with the quality of your vegetables, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We care about customer satisfaction and will gladly review the issue and provide a fair solution if needed.

Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next scheduled pickup or delivery.
